Bot Valeriy робить одна людина, тож найшвидше допомога приходить у Discord. Там можна спитати, як щось налаштувати, повідомити про помилку чи запропонувати ідею.

Що написати про помилку

• версію застосунку;
• що робили і що очікували побачити;
• файл логу за потрібний день із теки %LocalAppData%\BotValeriy\logs, якщо там є рядки з [ERROR].

Вхід через Google (YouTube)

Якщо вхід не проходить, переконайтесь, що ви в Google-акаунті, який має канал YouTube, і що в браузері не заблоковано перехід на адресу 127.0.0.1 (застосунок приймає відповідь Google локально). Відкликати доступ можна в будь-який момент: кнопка «Вийти» в застосунку або сторінка myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Видалення даних

Налаштування й ключі лежать на вашому комп'ютері: щоб їх прибрати, видаліть застосунок і теку %LocalAppData%\BotValeriy. Щоб прибрати дані, які застосунок надіслав на наш сервер (журнал помилок і статистика використання), напишіть у Discord — вкажіть свій канал Twitch.

What to include in a bug report

• the app version;
• what you did and what you expected;
• the log file for that day from %LocalAppData%\BotValeriy\logs if it has [ERROR] lines.

Google sign-in (YouTube)

If sign-in does not complete, make sure the Google account owns a YouTube channel and that your browser is allowed to open 127.0.0.1 (the app receives Google's reply locally). You can revoke access at any time with the Sign out button in the app or on myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Deleting your data

Settings and keys are stored on your computer: uninstall the app and delete %LocalAppData%\BotValeriy to remove them. To remove what the app sent to our server (error log and usage statistics), message us on Discord with your Twitch channel name.
