Хто ми

Bot Valeriy — незалежний проєкт однієї людини (розробник: makulatura78). Питання щодо даних: Discord проєкту, сторінка підтримки.

Що лишається на вашому комп'ютері

• налаштування, команди, дії, сцени оверлеїв, історія запусків;
• токени входу (Twitch, Google/YouTube, інші чат-платформи) і ключі сервісів: у зашифрованому вигляді, засобами Windows (DPAPI), для вашого облікового запису Windows;
• файли логів у %LocalAppData%\BotValeriy\logs.

Ці дані ми не отримуємо, якщо вони не потрапляють на сервер способами, описаними нижче.

Вхід через Google і YouTube

Якщо ви входите через Google, застосунок просить доступ до вашого каналу YouTube: прочитати відомості про канал, його прямі ефіри та чат, а також надсилати повідомлення в чат ефіру від імені каналу. Доступ потрібен лише для цього: щоб бот читав чат вашого ефіру й відповідав у ньому.

• Вхід відбувається в браузері на сторінці Google. Пароль Google ми не бачимо, відповідь Google застосунок приймає локально на вашому комп'ютері.
• Обмін коду входу на токени й оновлення токена проходить через нашу серверну функцію: у ній зберігається секрет застосунку, якого не можна класти в програму. Вона лише пересилає запит до Google й повертає відповідь застосунку, токени й дані вашого акаунта на сервері не зберігаються.
• Токени лежать тільки на вашому комп'ютері (див. вище) і видаляються, коли ви натискаєте «Вийти».
• Повідомлення з чату YouTube обробляються на вашому комп'ютері: бот показує їх у сповіщеннях, озвучує, виконує команди. Ми не продаємо їх, не передаємо рекламодавцям і не використовуємо для реклами чи навчання моделей.

Використання й передача інформації, отриманої з API Google, відповідатимуть Політиці щодо даних користувачів у сервісах API Google, зокрема вимогам обмеженого використання (Limited Use). Відкликати доступ можна будь-коли в застосунку («Вийти») або на сторінці myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Що надсилається на наш сервер

• Діагностика. Застосунок надсилає рядки журналу з помилками й позначками основних подій (вхід, донати, ШІ, оновлення) та події використання. Рядок прив'язується до ідентифікатора вашого каналу Twitch і може містити назву каналу. Ці дані потрібні, щоб знаходити й виправляти збої. Зараз окремого вимикача в застосунку немає.
• Спільний ШІ. Коли ви користуєтесь вбудованим безкоштовним ШІ без власного ключа, текст запиту йде через наш сервер до постачальника моделі (Groq чи Gemini); ми рахуємо добову квоту. З власним ключем запит іде напряму до обраного вами постачальника.
• Донати. Якщо ви підключаєте сервіси донатів, сповіщення про донати надходять через наш сервер до вашого застосунку.
• Сайт. Сайт може зберігати обрані тему й мову в cookie та отримує стандартні технічні журнали хостингу.

Треті сторони

Залежно від ваших налаштувань застосунок звертається до Twitch, Google/YouTube, постачальників ШІ й озвучки (наприклад, OpenAI, ElevenLabs, Groq, Gemini), сервісів донатів і OBS. Вони обробляють дані за власними політиками; тексти для озвучки й ШІ передаються тим постачальникам, яких ви обрали. Інфраструктура нашого сервера: Supabase і Vercel.

Діти

Застосунок призначений для стримерів і не орієнтований на дітей до 13 років.

Видалення даних і зміни

Щоб видалити локальні дані, видаліть застосунок і теку %LocalAppData%\BotValeriy. Щоб видалити дані, що надійшли на сервер, напишіть нам у Discord із назвою свого каналу. Якщо політика зміниться, ми оновимо дату на цій сторінці.

Who we are

Bot Valeriy is an independent one-person project (developer: makulatura78). Questions about data: the project Discord, see Support.

What stays on your computer

• settings, commands, actions, overlay scenes, run history;
• sign-in tokens (Twitch, Google/YouTube, other chat platforms) and service keys, encrypted with Windows DPAPI for your Windows account;
• log files in %LocalAppData%\BotValeriy\logs.

We do not receive this data unless it reaches our server in the ways described below.

Google sign-in and YouTube

If you sign in with Google, the app asks for access to your YouTube channel: to read channel details, its live broadcasts and chat, and to post messages to the live chat as your channel. It is used for nothing else: the bot reads the chat of your stream and replies in it.

• Sign-in happens in your browser on Google's page. We never see your Google password; the app receives Google's reply locally on your computer.
• Exchanging the sign-in code for tokens and refreshing a token goes through our server function, which holds the app secret that cannot ship inside a program. It only forwards the request to Google and returns the reply to the app; tokens and your account data are not stored on the server.
• Tokens live only on your computer (see above) and are deleted when you press Sign out.
• YouTube chat messages are processed on your computer: the bot shows them in alerts, reads them aloud and runs commands. We do not sell them, share them with advertisers, or use them for advertising or model training.

Use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can revoke access at any time with Sign out in the app or on myaccount.google.com/permissions.

What is sent to our server

• Diagnostics. The app sends log lines with errors and tags of key events (sign-in, donations, AI, updates) and usage events. A line is tied to your Twitch channel id and may contain the channel name. It is used to find and fix faults. There is currently no switch to turn this off in the app.
• Shared AI. When you use the built-in free AI without your own key, the request text goes through our server to the model provider (Groq or Gemini) and we count a daily quota. With your own key the request goes straight to the provider you chose.
• Donations. If you connect donation services, donation notifications reach your app through our server.
• Website. The site may store your theme and language in a cookie and receives standard hosting technical logs.

Third parties

Depending on your settings the app talks to Twitch, Google/YouTube, AI and speech providers (for example OpenAI, ElevenLabs, Groq, Gemini), donation services and OBS. They process data under their own policies; text for speech and AI goes to the providers you chose. Our server infrastructure: Supabase and Vercel.

Children

The app is made for streamers and is not directed at children under 13.

Deleting data and changes

To delete local data, uninstall the app and remove %LocalAppData%\BotValeriy. To delete data that reached the server, message us on Discord with your channel name. If this policy changes we will update the date on this page.
